Robert Protho

Vice Chair

Robert Protho, owner of the Coach’s Korner with Robert Protho has a background in talent management and organizational development. He has over 30 years of global experience in leadership development and coaching. He has a passion for building and fostering an inclusive environment and enjoys contributing to work that makes people feel valued and empowered. Robert provides powerful one-on-one leadership coaching, team-dynamic coaching, and workshops that increase individual and team productivity by helping leaders and their teams identify, align and communicate key results to optimize their impact, and hold one another accountable. His facilitation style is inspirational, and results-driven, with honest real-time feedback, that helps others to recognize their leadership style.

Robert has held numerous roles in the talent management space, designing and developing learning and coaching programs for a global audience in the U.S. Army, as well as 25 years with MWH and Stantec. As Director of MWH University, he coached leaders at all levels of the organization from c-suite (CFO, CIO, and CMO) to newly formed project teams and newly promoted managers. He assisted with the design, development and implementation of university courses and provided mentoring and coaching support to course participants. He also spent fourteen years leading global performance management and career development and seven years leading talent management and organizational development for Stantec’s Americas region, consisting of the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

Robert served in the U.S. military as a Personal Management Specialist (Talent Management) in the U.S. and Germany. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and holds numerous certifications, including iPEC Executive Coaching Program (International Coach Federation Affiliated).
